Your years of experience and position do not seem to fit EMBA profile (you can check EMBA web sites yourself for student statistics). You may want to consider part-time MBA programs.
Thanks for the response, guys. I have a collegue who is a senior associate / VP and is currently enrolled in the EMBA program. He said that his experience is enough for getting in. I might be a year or two short of experience comparing to him, but I already have a master degree which he does not have. Wouldn't in genreal a master degree count as 2 years of experience?
VP seems to be an appropriate title for EMBA. Another question is where is your colleague enrolled? Schools outside top 10 or 20 may not care that much about WE.
Unfortunately Master or even Ph.D. degree itself does not count as WE at all. I have a Ph.D. and 7 years experience, and in my interview I felt that my experience is weaker compared with most candidates. Based on my experience, Ph.D. definitely does not count towards WE.
