Executive MBA Program

请问有人对executive MBA program了解的吗？我现在在一家北美的一家投行做能源方面的associate,我是从analyst直接升上去的，现在是associate第一年。我已经有一个enigineering master,想再那个好点的mba学位，但工作又处于上升阶段，所以考虑读executive program.
我现在的工作经验快三年了。
请问我能进executive program的可能性能有多大？

才三年工作经验，没必要浪费更多的钱吧。

要不然就稍微等1-3年再去。现在你去EMBA太年轻，去MBA又觉得同学大部分职位靠后。前不着村后不着店的。。。

我以前看一家EMBA，要求7年管理经验。

Your years of experience and position do not seem to fit EMBA profile (you can check EMBA web sites yourself for student statistics). You may want to consider part-time MBA programs.

Thanks for the response, guys. I have a collegue who is a senior associate / VP and is currently enrolled in the EMBA program. He said that his experience is enough for getting in. I might be a year or two short of experience comparing to him, but I already have a master degree which he does not have. Wouldn't in genreal a master degree count as 2 years of experience?

VP seems to be an appropriate title for EMBA. Another question is where is your colleague enrolled? Schools outside top 10 or 20 may not care that much about WE.

Unfortunately Master or even Ph.D. degree itself does not count as WE at all. I have a Ph.D. and 7 years experience, and in my interview I felt that my experience is weaker compared with most candidates. Based on my experience, Ph.D. definitely does not count towards WE.
