今天刚做错了这两道，一同请教。

Q34：D和E前面用单数rate，后面用复数rates，可能不好。

Q32: 用would have可能是要强调一种虚拟的语气，我是用economical排除了b，否则直接用have应该也没有问题吧

请牛人指点。
