1) A is right because of the verb form "have evolved"?

2) Why there is "so" in A? Looks weird. Is it a right idom "Just as... so..."?

B中humans in malarial regions 和plant species 不对等，have been evolving 没必要用完成进行时，时态也不对等

以下有三种用法：

Just as + 主谓宾，主谓宾

Just as +主谓宾，so+主谓宾

Just as+主谓宾，so too+倒装
