这是06年的Ranking吧。今年的要在今年11月才有。

个人觉得BW的Ranking可信度不是太高，还是US NEWS的权威一些。

BusinessWeek's ranking is unique because it is solely based on employers'
feedbacks. So if a school's graduates perform better than other schools' at
work, this school gets ranked higher. To me, this ranking makes sense because
at the end of the day, a business school's goal is all about producing highly
skilled business professionals. You can have the best brand name in the world
(Yale), billions of fundings (Harvard), or even the best possible location (New York). But at the
end of the day, if the graduates simply don't perform well at work, nothing
else matters.

        

I think US News uses a more traditional approach to rank business schools by taking things
such as the funding, location...etc. into consideration (Just my guess. I
didn't read their publishes).


Overall, US News and BusinessWeek are two of the more trusted and influential
rankings in US. An example of a poor ranking would be FT or Wall Street
Journal.

楼上的，你的信息似乎有误。BW的排名并不是只基于employers' feedbacks，完全基于employers' feedbacks应该是Wall Street Journal.

BW的排名方法：

45% - Student Satisfaction Surveys
45% - Corporate Recruiter Surveys
10% - Intellectual Capital

The intellectual capital portion of the rankings is taken by looking at the number of times a business schools' faculty has published in particular journals. There are also additional intellectual capital points awarded if certain major publications review a professor's book.

另外，BW的排名有一个很明显的缺点（当然也有人说是优点），就是它将以往几次（我不记得具体是几次了，好像是3次）的排名平均了。因为BW两年排一次名，所以如果平均3次的排名，就表示它将6年前的数据也拿来用了。这无法体现出bschool的最新发展趋势，对一些新兴的商学院尤其不公平。

排名这个东西，各有各的道理，参考一下就行了。太执著于此，难免一叶障目，不见泰山。

简单讲几个逻辑谬误就是只要学校登高一乎请所有学生填满分

学校名次就会冲高好几名

对学生出去找工作也好找多了

另一方面雇主不满意可能是自己公司名不够响亮招不到学生

但当雇主填不满意时,BW并不会续问不满原因为何

另外10%的IC中也有很多过度简化

例如:评断论文产出数量及篇幅长度并不合理

一方面MBA是实务管理

大家忙着练习分析案例跟训练经理人表达就来不及了

谁会有时间去写论文

反而是会写研究论文的都是研究型学校

对学生的实务训练反而没办法花时间下功夫

又经理人表达在于精简到位

越长的篇幅反而可能越兜圈子

但却在排名上有鼓励效益

而最主要的课程编排逻辑完整度与学生就业训练

在排名中完全无法评断

因此每年成千上万赴美就读MBA的学生

即使名校毕业出来也不见得懂得怎么用

而真正MBA的目的是为了将商业效能极大化

若无法融会贯通,即使哈佛宾大毕业出来一样无法提升商业运作效能
