correct answer is C,的确,that...and that...的平行结构在这里体现的很明显，但是后面的句子结构是有点复杂。if X happens,then Y will have-->if X happened, then Y would happen.是这个结构的改写吗？谢谢。

correct answer is C, 可是我觉得whereas应该跟前句的主语形式一致，主句主语is over 75 perent of energy，whereas主语is just over 33 percent the energy，感觉很对称啊，反而 C很奇怪．
