选校求助：brandeis 60%TW vs Purdue full tw

Brandeis: 60% tuition waive(full tuition-$36,226 per year )Got an unparalleled location, Boston. I love this city with wonderful academic environment deeply. The recreational activities can enrich the tedious life of MBA..Brandeis ranks good as a whole whole but its MBA program is quite young. The concentrations are limited to only three:Finance, Economics and international business.I am not interested in Consulting or IB and got no experiences in these two fields. However, the multinational corporates attract me.The faculties there are excellent and the career service are doing its job greatly.Brandeis is also better to BU and BC according to my research,although its MBA can not be compared to BU.

Purdue:Got admission this morning but no scholarship yet(full tuition-$32,000 per year).The location is not good.However its rank is very high compared to Brandeis MBA. And operational management is very strong.Although I am not sure I will enter this industry but I can see a bright future after I return to China with a fairly good reputation from Purdue.

So I am totally lost in this dilemma,hope some NNs could help me out!Thanks your guys! Very much!

 urdue要求在04-15-2008提交deposit

而brandeis已经交了500了，要求在4月14日交另外的500

从签证角度看也不知道哪一个比较好一些？

First carefully calculate your budget.

If you donot worry about money,or your can borrow enough money,  urdue

else, Brandeis.

Ls and Lss,thanks for the comments.I got investment from my parentsThey have prepared 60W rmb for my visa.However,I don't want to burden my parents too much.If I put these large amount of money into MBA,I definitely want to retrieve the money all in about 2`3 years.I am not sure Purdue's placement recently.Somebody says it is not good due to the subprime.

我会选择欠银行钱INSTEAD OF PARENTS...呵呵...

我觉得，还是选择更好的大学....不要为了省小钱而浪费大钱..

还想请问一下，我能否去信给学校问是否有奖学金呢？就说有其他offer，好方便提前做决定。学校会理解吗？.....purude 一年是32000吗，公立怎么那么贵啊

purdue的奖学金出来的时间要比admission晚很多。 我上次就是晚了3－4周时间。今年收到的application太多了

建议你问学校是否有奖。

Brandeis的排名有点低。即使是在boston，离harvard也要10miles多。地方比起boston U 要差。而且BU的就业也不怎么样。  有人说是因为在同一个城市的HBS和mit的毕业是都把job从bu的手里抢去了。但是 按理说bu的学生和HBS。mit面对的就业市场是不同level的啊

anyway。 brandeis不建议去。虽然在boston。

更新一下，收到了purdue的GA（每周工作10小时，据说每年给$6200但是要扣税）和每年$6000的奖，好象基本每个录取的都给了这种奖，加起来相当于38%的免学费，但是个人更偏向于boston的氛围啊，还是比较注重享受的人-_-||，在伤心咖啡馆上面看到purdue因为太荒凉了在chicago好象国际学生比较很难找到工作，怎么办呢？是选择排名还是地理位置啊？

邮件下面还有个表，乍一看还以为是全免学费，原来只是举例说明。。。
