正常语序：how a particular asteroid or comet will be likely to collide with Earth 倒装 : how likely a particular asteroid or comet will be to collide with Earth 这样B的 will be to 就解释的通了 相比较其他选项 不定式表目的是最优选项 这个值得推敲一下， 首先，这个倒装并没有什么理由，为什么要倒装？OG经常无缘无故否定一些倒装句就是以为它们AWKWARD。 第二，怎么可以这样倒装？这个倒装本来就是错的 大家都知道how 有两种用法 1。
used to ask or talk about the way in which something happens or is done: e.g: He explained how the system worked. 2.used to ask or talk about the amount, size, degree etc of something: e.g：How long have you been learning English?（以上摘自longman） 原句的how明显是第二种意思，问程度，how 后面必须要加形容词likely 如果变成所谓的“正常语序”：“how a particular asteroid or comet will be likely to collide with Earth” 这种用法把how变成了以一种意思， 所以解释说这个句子是倒装是完全错误的。 至于有人说 will be 和likely to 都表示可能性，语义重复 GWD26-Q28 Traffic safety officials predict that drivers will
be as likely to exceed the proposed speed limit
as they are
the current one.（正确答案）
所以will be 和likely to可以同时使用。 尽管如此 想来想去，觉得还是D好。 想这道题墨迹了我这么久，耽误老子时间啊………………
