very standard questions. prepare all the "why" questions. You will do fine. it will be short. you should tell the interviewer your specific achievements. some numerical ones will do, such as how much you grow the business, ourperformed your target, etc.

5. How do you want me to introduce/describe you to other Adcom?

I asked why the ranking drop so significantly at FT and what's the chance for international placement.
Afrodite interviewed me too, on the phone. She is very pleasant, very nice. I wonder what she looks like, hehe. She really helped me a lot, although I could not go to Rotman this year.
Business attire, I would recommend. Based on my observation in the office, almost everyone was in business attire. (I am not sure about Fridays though.)
