I understand the schools should have sent offers, but I did not find the link if posted.

Not everyone posts offer here. The offers you see here are just a small portion of those gotten by Chinese students.

one of my friends got the UFL offer about two weeks ago when one of the UFL professors he has has contact with presented in a seminar @ Case Western and told him personally
