Portrayalsof violence have proven commercially successful in television programs, movies, songs, and other forms of popular entertainment. Therefore, those who create popular entertainment should continue to incorporate violence into their products.
It's easier to take a position. It's hard to assert a strong, logical argument if you stay neutral.
This is my strategy when writing my AWA (and this got me a 6): If you support violence: P1. Assert a position: violence is good. P2. Give one support: violence is good. P3. Give another support: violence is good. P4. Use one sentence to describe why violence might not be good, and then come up with a stronger argument to overthrow the statement. It's like saying: yes, the other side got his point but my argument is still stronger. P5. 1 or 2 lines of conclusion.
Try to come up at least 3 sentences for each paragraph. Hope this helps.
