請問 RA/TA 算staff 嗎?

因為考慮要去唸書~(U of Arizona)
不過他對只對 Staff/Faculty 的親屬有 tuition reduction
想請問一下RA/TA算嗎

此外~有沒有在UA的同學可以分享一下
學校對Tuition的 policy
要怎麼樣才可以算 in-state
