我选D,答案是A(也有争议是C)

我觉得C有...'s being done那么恐怖的结构应该是不对的,A的结构不见解也不平衡,我觉得D很平衡,把原因用独立主格的形式表示,后面是主句.而且前半句很平衡.

D中：

the replacement of把原句的动词replace名词化了，1个词变3个词，啰嗦。

The replacement of charcoal with coal for the fuel used in the smelting of iron ore and several improvements in blowing machinery 这个句式可能造成误解：and是连接大段replacement and improvements，还是连接coal for the fuel and improvement?

没有体现原句的因果关系。

还有句末时间状语中的the course不见了（虽然不知道有没有影响）

C有语法问题with 's being done. 同时原句并没有强调是正在进行或者是反复进行，而是已经发生了的，造成影响了，不应该用现在时态。同时，原句有明显的因果关系，而c中用with的伴随状语替换了原句中原因的那一部分，多少改变了意思。

A没有大错，所谓的不平行，只是表面的。as a result of.....and because意思上也是对称的，可能对于老美，他们没有问题。

我认为，D错在逗号前的并列的名词成分，它既没有体现因果关系，又无法和后面的主语构成同位语。

这个题目我选了C，'s being done的结构不常见，并不能说明C的错误，因为OG11有一题的正确答案也有如此的结构。

A的错误我认为是并列，and在这个句子中的作用无非两个：1，and并列前后两个句子；2，and并列前后的介词短语。介词短语和一个分句不能用and并列在一起。

为什么D前的名词不能表因果?我感觉是TRIPLE的原因

"OG11有一题的正确答案也有如此的结构",我怎么一点印象都没有??看来OG没过关啊

with结构可以表示原因。

D的名词在语法结构上无法体现因果。

OG只有以上这一题吧。还有一题是to keep it from being stolen，但是这个属于固定用法。

介词+being done在合适的情况下是没错。

但不知道这里为什么用’s being done，而不用‘s done。
