有新加坡和法国的物价比较吗？

考虑到这边可能有不少INSEAD的校友，在这儿问一下。

在考虑校区的选择问题，本来报的是法国，不过因为导师的问题可能要跑到新加坡去。

不知道物价情况比较如何，我只知道法国物价很高...

另外，新加坡是不是很热很热啊....

Not sure about France, for Singapore, the monthly expense for a modest life style can be around 1200.

Accommodation (Single Room): 500-900 (HDB single room near INSEAD would likely be > 600, but if you don't mind staying further away it's possible to find one at ~500. Of coz if you don't mind sharing room with ppl, you can settle at as low as ~350. Condo single room near INSEAD will cost you 700-1000.)

Food: 400 (food court: 10/day  low-mid range restaurant: 20-50/meal)

Transportation: <100

Clothes (mid-range) shirt ~50  pants ~80 t-shirt: 20-40

oh, regarding to the climate, it can be cooler comparing to the hottest time in east China. The temp at day time seldom go beyond 35 degree. and most of the time you will be staying in air-conditioned rooms, so it's not a big issue. what take longer time to adapt might be the high huminity.

Average rent 500-600€(-170€ CAF)
Transport: 50€
Food: 300-500€ it depends, I dont think INSEADers have time to cook 
Mobile: 30€

我不觉得新加坡比法国便宜啊～～

现在新加坡得东西越来越贵了。我在欧洲住的时候，也去法国，觉得同样的生活质量，法国不会比较贵。

for accormadation,

a bedroom (offen you share with other classmates) in Heritage or Dover apartment (5 minutes walk to INSEAD campus) costs you roughly 1200 to 1600 per month

a shared room in HDB costs you 500 to 750 SGD, near campus

I have been living in singapore for years, and also lived in france for 6 months. the average cost in france is about twice that in singapore.

Anyway, i suggest you to buy clothes in china if you go to france, but not really necessary to buy in china if you come to singapore.
