请问BP 中国三年工作经验申请英国TOP 5 MBA认可度如何？

not sure about LBS, but you should have good chance to get in any other b-school i uk.

BP experince is surely recognized in UK.3 year is relatively short, pending on your specific function and responsibilities though.

You need to think over why you need to MBA and what's your career plans after the MBA.

The job market has sucked since middle 2007, if you want to go for IB/MC, you should expect frustrations. If you are in sales and trading depart, you can sell yourself better.
