B不能表达转折的意思，而且明显Prove后面的内容发生在前面分句之后，用while不太恰当；最后，payment也用得不好，payment是名词，paying表达了付款的动作，这句话里用paying 更好

one of the largest health care provider：这里面的provider不需要是复数形式么？

我也觉得provider需要是复数形式，不明白为什么这里是单数
