我认为and是并列order的宾语，一个是that，一个是result。published是results的后定

257我选E

as作连词，后面加句子，like做介词，后面加宾语

as 后面可以跟句子, like后面不可以, 只跟名词, 所以这里ABC都错

至于D, 因为as后面跟句子, 而d其实是个没有谓语的fragment, 只有个定语从句, 所以只有E是有完整主谓的句子
