分享一点跟印度人打交道的经历:

去年带着儿子出国,我请一个气质很好,穿着很有品位的华人帮我们拍照.对方冷淡防备的拒绝了.这时, 一边的一个印度女人主动提出帮我们拍照. 

同一个旅程, 遇到一个7岁的印度小男孩, 看到儿子怕水,就说: come on didi(他先问过我在中文里弟弟怎么发音), let me help you!伸出他小小却让人看上去很放心的双手.我那超级怕死的宝贝居然就从了,跟着他游泳去了.

同一个泳池, 也有大陆的孩子, 每个人都自顾自的玩,出去时从来不看是否踩到其他的年龄较小的孩子.

花旗,百事等大公司, 全球CEO都是印度人.Do they suck?

我也曾经遇到喋喋不休的印度同事, 也有光说不练的.

但是,我们看看自己的同胞,这种人也不少吧.

一个人的精力有限,还是放在如何让自己过得更好,让事情做的更好上.而不要放在情绪华肤浅的批评上吧.

真是无聊透顶！！！印度人聪明，勤奋。即便不是这样，仅仅是作为世界上众多族群中的一个，不知道有什么值得我们鄙视的。。。

只要觉着自己还尚属人类，宽容就应该是基本的品质之一吧。。。。。

工作时也要时刻充电，以防被更有活力却薪水要求不高的年轻人挤掉。

我们时刻把眼睛盯着身边的竞争者，采取各种公开的抑或阴暗的手段赢取胜利。

所以我们不愿花费自己宝贵的时间去为别人，为潜在的竞争者做些什么。

而印度，尽管人口密度不比中国小，但其民族习惯稍显安逸，也就是报道上经常看到的印度懒人，因此其人与人之间的竞争没有那么激烈。

There are good people and bad people in all races. I have worked in several companies and made friends with people from all continents. However, I do feel it's hard to make friends with Indian for me after having worked with many Indian.
I especially feel uncomfortable working with Indian in the same team. Many of them don't like to do the real work, but they have the tendency to take your credit as their achievement.
The other thing I don't like is they are very humble in front of White people. They can listen to white people talking silently for long time even if the speech really sucks. But they would interrupt the speech frequently if the speaker is a Chinese.
I'm not saying that Indian are inferior, but they are not that type of people I can have deep connection. I'll feel uncomfortable if 20% or more of people surrounding me are Indians, especially if I have to work with them closely to get grades and friendship.

I think most Indian's are very nice, maybe a bit more aggressive than Chinese, but is that a bad thing?

On average, they are pretty smart, confident and hard working.

some of my american friends who have a decent understanding of chinese people say that chinese are the biggest racists in the world...

Nothing wrong?  Have you ever been discriminated?  If yes, how do you feel?
