The xxx MBA graduate must be viewed by potential employers as having exceptional leadership qualities, intellectual strength, senior-level career-path aspirations, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a readiness to immediately contribute to their organization. Give specific work-setting examples of your abilities in each of these areas.

好像要求每个方面都要举例说明，leadership qualities, intellectual strength,communication skills倒好说。senior-level career-path aspirations和a readiness to immediately contribute to their organization应该写什么呀？特别是senior-level career-path aspirations，第一篇写career path时就已经表述过了。
而且要举这么多的例子，two double-spaced pages怎么装得下？哪道我理解有误?
各位兄弟姐妹指教.

我觉得这个题目基本上很想kellogg的第三篇，就是假如你是一个adcom，你会给这个申请人些什么样的评语。只不过这里是从将来的雇主的角度问的。应该把这几个主要的方面都介绍一下，a readiness to immediately contribute to their organization这个好像很难给出具体的例子，就是问你已经能够为将来的雇主贡献什么。请其他兄弟姐妹指正。

Personal Readiness: Physically fit, mentally and administratively ready in the area you're interested in after your MBA study.

Equipment Readiness: Quality maintenance requires leader involvement - must be ready after your MBA to meet your organization's  mission (contribute to).

e.g. XXX MBA degree program in "Organizational Leadership" would equip you new means to explore your personal readiness to become a leader in your organization.  The program creates a perfect opportunity for you to refresh and recreate your commitment to the tasks required as an organizational leader.

Through the xxx MBA,  you'll also gain a mastery of leadership literature, and demonstrate your competence in what you learned to create imaginative new applications to contribute new knowledge to your organization.

终于见到回贴了，感谢两位。
这个essay我原来只举例说明了leadership qualities, intellectual strength,communication skills几个方面，原来认为这样就够了。后来朋友说不行，还需要什么senior-level career-path aspirations和a readiness to immediately contribute to their organization。不得不重写。但发现真的很难举例。007xd的看法很有见地，值得考虑。同时还得请各位再帮忙释疑解惑。
