意思是说象requet, require, ask ,or mandated这类词语就是要用虚拟语气．Ｂ之所以错了是因为用了不定式．我这样理解对吧．那好，我们看ＯＧ另一题

那象requet, require, ask ,or mandated这类词语到底是不是只能用虚拟语气?还是不定式也对呢?困惑.

In my opinion, these words can be used in two possible constructions,and the first a clause and the second a phrase, That's right.

就像我们最熟悉的ask, 一般最常用就是用，infinitive的形式～ ask to do....

83题的解释是

The subjunctive mood is required when a subordinate

            beginning with THAT follows A VERB such as requet, require, ask ,or mandated.  就是说require等词 + that clause里面必须是虚拟语气。

82题，require的确可以引导从句或者是不定式。

如果用require to do就不是上面的情况了。A错在should上面了。

没有矛盾。

sb be mandated to do sth: sb has a right or power to do sth.

When "mandate" is used in the second sense, it is usually used in its passive form.
