进退两难，恳请前辈们指教

Congrats on your offers!  Just my personal 2 cents: I would work a couple of years at the bank first to get some solid working experiences, then apply for a top-tier MBA at the age of 26 or so, this should save you some time in the long run......

During the next few years try to get as much leadership experiences as possible, and some volunteering expierences, your chance of getting in a top-tier school should really increase significantly.

No matter what you choose,good luck!

楼主现在主要问题不在申请什么学校
而是为什么要念
原则上MBA是给累积了五年左右工作经验的准经理阶层来念的
工作经验没有四年以上念了都几乎没有效果
目前不论任何内力外力影响所产生的留学想法
很可能都是揠苗助长
毕业后会很没竞争力
因为原本根基工作经验就少
为何而念的动机与方向不清
念了无法消化

各大核心竞争力都不太会提升
出来又晚了人家两年
跟工作两年的人竞争
没有实战经验学历再高也用处不大
 
又由于MBA是设计给五年以上经验来念
雇主对MBA毕业生的要求非常高
若想待在美国都是跟五到八年左右的白人经理竞争
今年美国九成以上公司不发工作签证
大家都找不到工作几乎全数回国
每年MBA数万人都回国求职
竞争空前巨大
若因为工作经验浅MBA无法学以致用
空有学历没有应用执行能力
许多MBA毕业回国工作找不到
即使找到薪水也相当低
被当大学生来用
不如工作几年后经历过工作磨练后再出来
才会知道MBA的工具模型该如何实用

谢谢大家的建议和鼓励，看了之后无论心情还是思路都感觉明朗很多。不过我手头的offer只是一个非国有股份制商业银行的分行，不敢和牛人的四大，TOP500相提并论，当然我觉得自己还是有上进心，肯吃苦的。当一个自己觉得一般的出国offer和一个也一般的工作offer放在一起抉择的时候感觉就很难。。。不过有点偏向工作了。。。

北美MBA毕业找不到工作的一般都是没有工作经验的。建议你还是先工作2年，反正G5年有效，过2年说不定可以申请道更好的。而且工作2年也可以自己赚点学费，少花点家里的钱。

 Hope this question helps. What will you do if you have no chance go abroad? Seriously, this may come into reality in the future.If you can figure out your answer, the decision will be easier.

 Currently, I am thinking about what will I do if I can not get my desired offer for ever. It is painful ,but believe it or not, this question deserves your energy.

If I can't get my desired offer, i'd like to work in a commercial bank and get some experience.  If i like this job, i will work in this industry for a long time or if it does not really suit me , i may consider transfering to another area.  Whatever, i may still apply to further my education to strengthen my background and enrich my life after having some work experience.

BTW, what's your plan?
