写在新年之初

在CD上潜水很久，一直也没什么回报。新年伊始，简单记述一下几个月来的申请历程，算是感谢ＣＤ上这些激励着我前进的人。

申请过程：８月开始在职准备ＧＭＡＴ，９月考Ｇ(700+4.5)。受些个人因素的影响，１０月中才开始正式申请。在飞机上完成了最初的essay,10月底交了Ross，１１月中交了ＭＳＵ，１１月底交了中欧。结束申请。

背景：本科及硕士均为理工科(outside China)，GPA 3.7，托福免，３年的supply chain W/E，现在一家５０强企业，负责其global supply planning.

申请结果：

1.Ross, Interview, 未入取。鉴于自己的低GMAT以及只有一周多的准备时间，这样的结果情理之中。

2. MSU, 入取, scholarship+GA,generally covered whole tution fee+ certain stipend.

3.中欧,入取，2nd class scholarship

一点点面经(有些记不清了)：Ross是个学生面的，觉得不怎么正式，只问了why mba, why ross等最基本的几个问题，然后就是闲聊。ＭＳＵ的面试非常formal，interviewer是它的admission director,除了why...之类的，还问了leadship style，personal life之类的。中欧的interview很像job interview,全部是根据个人的过去经历进行提问。

一点点心得：最初打算申请ＭＢＡ是因为非事业的原因，MBA对我来说并非是个must，因而未放下手上的工作去全心投入，一切准备的都很仓促。要取得理想的结果，需要有坚定的信念同加倍的努力，所以大家不要像我一样总是3心2意的。。。至于选什么学校，我想是一种生活模式的选择。舍不得学费，也就没有把主要目标定在top10，不知道未来回想起来是否是个遗憾。

MSU Broad school is #1 in Supply Chain that almost integrate everything from marketing, strategy, technology, procurement, sourcing, and operation to the Supply Chain excellence.

A bunch of global companies such as IBM, HP, CISCO, GM, Motorola...etc have corporate cooperation with the school. The location is also great that in the core industrial district of the U.S. It's the core school in recruitors' list.

CEIBS is fairly unbeatable in Asia, the general management are well-rounded with marketing and finance focuses. Both of them are complete and advanced. While the Asia learning experience and China business environment can be a trade-off of the limited concentration options.
