Does this one ask about your strength/weekness? I am confused. Please help.

These are all real questions from Chicago GSB, weired real questions though. Anyone has any insights, please share yours here. Thanks.

The first one is about a defining moment, or something that examplifies your values/priorities. The second one could be anything.  Use it as an opportunity to ask questions about the school/the interviewer's experience at the school or something about yourself that the interviewer hasn't asked yet.

Wow, Chicago likes "take away"? lol
I think the first one is asking about your personality. So you can bring some unique characters, even develop a personal story to make it interesting, but you should focus on sth that they'd like to hear about. The second one really depends on the situation.
