答案是E,但是这里的only完全变了位置，修饰的重点变了，逻辑意思也完全不同了。而且，如果可以变换的话，D为什么不对？

答案是E
A）中后半部分remained不能看做是have remainedd的省略形式么？前面用“现在完成时”不对么？
  E）中后半部分的“现在完成时”的依据是那个时间状语么？ 晕！

13.不能完全套用only之类的副词不可以变换位置来做题, 因为这里还有另外一个原则: 逻辑意思表达的最好. 其实这道题only的位置完全是根据意思来确定的: 要达到保护民众的目的,就必须只有有资格的医生才能开药方. A中的protecting的位置造成歧义: 医生保护民众 D中的only的位置是说: 有资格的医生只能开药方(不可以做别的), 这样不合逻辑呀. 呵呵!

18. 省略的前提是不造成歧异,并且省掉之后意思不改变, 这样来说,完成时绝对不能被任何其他时态代替,因为意思会马上发生变化. 从大并列的原则,当然是前后时态一致最好了,但是如果不一致,也要选一个合理一点的, 这里来说,按照时间先后,一定要先说过去的,再说现在的. 那么,就是E了. 现在完成时表示: 动作或结果仍然和现在有关.

基本明白，只是多说一点“during the next three months”一般不都是表将来么？

如果是during next three months, 就是说没有那个the, 毫无疑问用将来时. 但是如果用了the, 就是说"接下来的三个月", 可以是过去某个时间为起点的, 不一定是将来时!呵呵!
