我就奇怪了，Baruch有MFE吗？

Master of Science (MS)

Zicklin's MS degree programs offer in-depth study in a range of areas. Unlike the broader MBA curriculum, students are often not required to do coursework in disciplines included in the MBA core. The MS is a more focused degree and usually requires fewer courses (generally between 10 and 16). MS degree programs are available in the Flex-Time format permitting students to study full or part time and to switch schedules as their needs require. 我说呢，原来如此。今年高盛和Chase都来学校招人，不过是在Zichlin of Business看见的。对School of Public Affairs下的MFE我还真不怎么了解。

Baruch对要招多少学生没有限额，只要项目主任和系里的其他老师确定你毕业了能够找到一份好工作就会录取你。他们不在乎学生是哪个国家或者要招多少人。另一个原因是Baruch是公立学校，所以收多少学生项目得不到一点好处，你的所有的学费和申请费最后都是交给整个学校。所以这个项目的原则是宁缺勿滥。去年是Baruch第一次直接从大陆招生，系主任说他愿意将来招收更多的中国大陆毕业生。还有一个原因使得Baruch很少招大陆学生的原因是，Baruch在东北部地区有非常大量的申请者，这部分申请者大部分都有过多年的工作经验，没有语言和签证上的问题，同时很多在职的工作者也愿意申请Baruch(对于那些在大型IB做VP的人来说，学校的牌子已经不是那么重要了)，这也导致了竞争非常激烈，国内的申请只有非常出色才有可能被录取（我也觉得这有一点unfair, 但毕竟我们是到人家的地盘去求学）。
