2, 和advise sb that不同，advise that 的意思不是inform，而是建议。besides，advise that要求that从句用虚拟语气。

可是，朗曼里面advise sb. that是做inform解释的啊。本题用的是被动语态，不是advise that句型。

A錯: either 全補was or 全省was (除了第一個pair)
C,E: 錯, "that"沒有平衡對象
D邏輯不對, 一個人被interrogated in a room不會同時被通知吧...
