和advise sb that不同，advise that 的意思不是inform，而是建议

这里正是the suspect was advised that..., 我们是不是应该认为:这里是advise sb that的句式, 因而advise这里是告知意思, 我们不能从它是不是虚拟语气来判断?

如果advise这里是告知意思, 还是觉着d 和正确答案之间难以分辨.

看一下你的答案: D, 补全了后面省略的部分, 就变成了: the suspect ...was advised that he could not leave and that he was interrogated in a detention room. 难道"不能离开"和"在拘留室里被审讯"是要"建议"的吗? 这样, 怎么都说不通啊.
而B中的told, 和interrogated都是跟advised并列的, was省略. 另外, according to M-W, advise sb of one's right就是这么用的.

我可以认为D中后面的WAS 是和ADVISED 并列而不是ADVISE的内容的并列吗？？

理论上宾语从句的that不能省略，但是就本题而言Choice B已经是最好的答案了。

可是，本题中的用法是advise sb that（的被动用法）啊，不是advise that 阿！！

宾语从句的that在一定条件下（比如B中的 told he could not leave），确实可以省略吗？
