1。急！有谁知道Columbia Application里的Salary Pin填啥？完全不懂它在问啥。。。

2。工作经验方面真的是从进大学开始的所有工作经历都要填么？大学时候part time工作作了不少，很多具体的都记不清了，怎么办？

I don't recall seeing a salary pin during my application. should be just salary info? you can also email the admission office. folks there are very responsive.

you might talk about only important work experience that contributed to your career achievement so far. Be sure to include reference's phone number and name on these experience as well. Good luck!

First of all, I don't think that "pin" is required information since it doesn't have star next to it.  Secondly, I believe this "pin" only apply to the US applicants. There is a third party company (WageWorks) that provides employment and salary verification services.  So schools can use that pin you provide to verfiy your employment and salary information in your application.
