You guys can't imagine how happy I am right now.

When I packed my stuff and got ready to go home, I hit the F5 button to refresh my email account. There it go. The long awaited Ross email. And yes, this time not survey or crap email. It is the acceptance email.

I am in. Ann Arbor, I am coming.

I am so happy now.

Right after seeing the email, I called all my colleague up and headed to a bar..........I was so excited that my colleagues needed to calm me down.

I will update my profile and say a little words about my application process to share with those who have an advanced degree, especially PhD or post-doc, but decide to do something different.

Background: Tsinghua BS; US second tier school EE PhD. Then went over to DC and worked in a national research lab for 3 years. GMAT 770 / Undergraduate GPA 82 / Graduate GPA 3.85 / Pretty good extracurricular activities / Some international awards (IEEE) / Good publication.

Ross is my only first round school. Submitted my package on 11/1. and went over to Ann Arbor for a visit to just a feel of the school and was impressed. Received Interview invite on 12/11 and went over for a campus interview on 12/18.  Today's waiting was the worst and most gruesome time in this whole applicataion process. I am glad I nailed it.
