。。。。 Agree. I think the guy is kind of ruthless but unfortunately, as an MBA graduate, I have to admit point two to point five all have their own senses. Many of Chinese MBA students suffered, at least during the first year at B-school, from difficulties in listening and spoken. It doesn't matter how high your G/T were. It's easy to read the textbook and notes, but hard to understand what the professor, and most importantly your peers are talking. After-class networking could be even tougher than in-class. But what's MBA for? Social networking! So it all takes us some time to get involved. And there ARE people who couldn't get involved even after two years. All regular quota H1B candidates had to go through the lottery last year. This WAS the truth. We really suffered during the process for although we had got offers, we didn't know whether we could stay or not. But his point one is not true, at least not 100%. I myself received scholarship from two schools (fortunately, I went to one of them) and I didn't donate a cent. |
