不定式的完成式用在不定式的动作发生在谓语动作之前。

而选项A中的have been known ,是个从过去到现在一直持续的动作，相对于have been known ，to taste it可能是过去、现在或将来发生的动作。

如果如此，是否如A中的few people have been known to have tasted it两个完成时态连用都会有问题呢？

but i don't know how to explain it...

just feel 'have been known to have tasted it" is wordy and awkward..

the case above is not the same as the question

"few people are known to have recovered xXXX".........

为什么C不对？从逻辑上理解to have bothered应该是发生在seem(ed)之前，用不定式的完成形式不是很好吗？
难道是因为bothered所表达的过去的含义已经被did (not) seem已经表达了？
