hi all,

do you have any idea on the essay "What is your career vision and why is this choice meaningful to you?" ?

shall I only answer short-term, long-term goal and why ? because it only have 400 words

You should talk about all three.  There's a lot that you can do with 400 words.  Be efficient.  Good luck!
