Got official offer email from Smeal.
Full Tuition Waiver + GA

Interviewed with admission director, Carrie, a very very nice lady, on 12/12/2007. The interview lasted one hour.
The whole interview process was very relax, with lots of laugh. Telling stories is the key to the behavior interview.
Wait  until today, the official one comes.

You have a really strong background. What's the most important characteristic of Smeal that attracts you? In my opinion, most people with the background like you will pursue Whaton or HBS.

My background is just so so.
Smeal attracts me because of its people, the small size and strong academic.
I don't want to be anonymous in a huge group.

I agree with you. When David told me that all professers in Smeal know every student in MBA program, I was really impressed.
