我选的是B，当时考虑本来应该有一个系动词were，但是不是因为平行关系给省略了也可是呢？就选了B。

D选项里面were放在了Aleuts和Inuits的前面，这里为什么倒装呢？语法上怎么解释，请求帮助~~~

这里加上were 是避免产生歧义，因为Aleuts or Inuits of the North Pacific and northern Alaska 可能理解为with 的宾语，与Europeans 平行。所以加上were，就可以确定是主语的比较，而不是介词宾语的比较。
