这篇essay困扰很久了：If you could be the leader of an organization, what organization would you choose, and why? What changes would you make to enhance the organization and what current strategies would you retain?

我想我可以写一个知名的大公司，主要写他们现在的困境及我想出的决策；还可以写自己现在的公司因为了解~~~很困惑不知道怎么选择好，大家说写大公是好还是自己所在的小公司好呢？~~~要是给你写你怎么写呢？路过的兄弟们帮看看，帮顶顶~~小弟谢过了先~！：）

If I were you, I would choose my company. It is easier to talk about something you are familiar with. ^_^
