对中国学生不友好的美国学校???

我也被拒啦，郁闷。不过拒信完全不是这样的。
信是这样的：
Your application materials for the Master of Science in
Finance Program at the University
of Florida have been
received and reviewed.  We will not be able to offer you a place in the
next MSF class of students.  I wish you much luck and success with your
other endeavors.

为什么和你们的不一样？郁闷啦～

我还想申请呢～以前也听说这个学校据得很多，但是还是想搏一把，现在想，算了。

很好奇有没有哪个NN被录取的？？

Your application met most of the objective criteria as did nearly two hundred other international students applying this month for the same opportunity.  This particular graduate program is very small compared to most others.  We are only looking for around twenty eight international and domestic students this year.  Quantifying and explaining the uniqueness of those selected is difficult to do.   The Statement of Purpose sets most accepted students apart.  lacement information is usually the main focus.

I wish you much luck and success with your other endeavors.

我不需要变得跟别人不一样啊。每个人本身就跟别人不一样。牛人不只指高学历，高G，T分
数。这样的人在中国或美国都很多。我认为真正的牛人是在具备较高学习能力的情况下能够更早挖掘出不同于其他人的素质，同时能利用这个优势找到适合自己和自
己喜欢的方向，并且有很高的期待和信心。人的精神层面会发挥很大作用。相同能力下，我认为大多数美国人不如中国人更刻苦和有忍耐精神。他们开始推崇的美国
精神也在逐渐减弱，如果到达美国的中国人都认为自己没有优势，都一样，那最终结果肯定也是都一样了。

被你说中了.我确实没啥工作经验和留学经历,不过我觉的有期待是对的.现代人越来越缺少希望. 我同意楼上们的观点不要对美国抱太多幻想,就我个人而言,我还是比较现实的.在美国找到自己的立足点不容易. 这从每年到美国的留学生数和就业情况可以看到. 

 

但我认为CD上有太多悲观的情绪.国际学生不可能要求美国老板从你踏上美国领土的那刻就接受你.文化,语言和能力都是问题..但不要忘了美国的市场很大,它对人才的需求量也很大.要不我们为何去美国而不去一些同样发达的小国家??美国人可能不会在同等情况下接受国际学生，但这也取决于我们自己的选择。对你的争取他们不会视若无睹的,这个从许多成功人士身上都可以体现.只是我们要对自己现在的实力有清晰的认识,不要要求太高。申请UF对我来说就很不现实。它确实对国际学生有不好的认识，但同时也给了我们申请的机会。呵呵,再一次声明,公布这封E-MAIL只是为了给更多人有个借鉴. 每个人读信的想法都不一样，但估计最后的选择都是慎重申请，所以不要再在这个问题上教育我啦
