G/T成绩在deadline以后才寄到学校有问题吗？

It depends on the school. Usually it is stated in the application instruction section.

BTW, all of the schools I am applying only require applicants to take the exam before the deadline then self-report the score in the online form. It will still be considered for the current round.

It depends.

Duke only admit official score report before corresponding deadline, whereas Ross request that be received within two weeks after the deadline.
