He is a very nice guy. He really keeps the interview on time. 45mins sharp. There are couple standard questions, and a few more specific / follow-up questions

1. Introduction about myself
2. Why MBA
3. Why Wharton?
4. Why is it the best time?
5. What do I do for extra-curriculuar activities?
6. My hobbies?

Specific questions

1. My China study and part-time experience

2. Internship at Germany

3. The US exchange (what I did? why that school?.. etc)

4. Why changing job that often?

Be yourself, be confident. No tough questions at all. But time is limited, remember to package yourself and convey what you really want to let the interviewer know more effectively.
