wharton essay - outsider?

Anyone wrote the essay - outsider one for Wharton? 

How did you think about it?  Not sure how to write this one.

Please help.

How did you merge with a new team?

How did you transit to "insider" from "outsider"?

A lot of things you can write: join a new company, join a new team, move to another country, transfer to another school...

Just my 2 cents.

Had asked this question to a New Yorker classmate from consulting industry

the "outsider" questions are mostly asking about if you as an outside consultant

how do you accommondate the situation as an outsider to weather a team or a company

especially Wharton is mostly the top producer of consultants in the U.S.

these skill sets should be one of the most important capabilities they're looking for

Thank you very much.  I found a way to express myself as an outsider.  I do not care about what the school looking for, only tell my side of story.
