1,     in fact, these 2 sentences represent 2 different structures.

950 --- attributive clause

OG     --- 'they believe to be' is 插入语, of course 'that' should not
be there --- it suddenly comes to my mind, amazing ... but is it right?
i believe so.



2, QUESTION:does a mixture of passive and active voices violate parallelism?
