I am expecting that the reader will not be impressed by the specific example.

I just do not know to what extent the he or she will attend to the words in the two different letters.

Normally, two adcoms will read your application independently. Both will read it from head to toe, so don't expect them to neglect the huge (and obvious) mistake you made in RL.

If you haven't paid the application fee, don't.
