Wondering if you've already taken the interview. I did mine with Dr Suzuki on 26th Nov, still fresh, so hope it helps.
He only has about 15 minutes for each candidate, so it is really a rush. First he asked for a 5-minute self introduction. And he stressed on observing the time. I guess he will ask for the same thing from you as well. So be prepared.
He may ask something about your working experience before moving on to what he called 'technical questions'. I think yours will be differents from mine, but anyway FYI.
1. You just took over the management of a hospital, which has run into serious financial problems due to failure of the previous management. The patients are suffering and complaining. What will you do in the coming 2 months to change the situation?
2. According to basic economic theories, when the need of a product increases, price of the product will increase. Nevertheless, although the need for computer has increased dramatically in the past 2 decades, the price has significantly decreased. How do you explain that?
He will not expect and will not have time to hear well developed answers. Just keep your answers simple.
He then will ask if you have any questions. And again, since by now you would probably have run out of time (15 minutes), don't expect him to answer any question in details.
