Insead的toefl成绩

我看到insead的网上说要至少105分。我正好只有104分。有没有希望阿？GMAT 760

我昨天参加了campus info session, 有一个insead的工作人员举了一个reapply的例子，说曾经有个中国女生toefl不够，他们feedback的时候说需要她重考然后再apply...

What if... ?

1) You have a university degree where all the courses were taught exclusively in English? You will not require further proof of proficiency. However, participation in an exchange programme without a degree from the host university will not qualify

这个university degree  我想是只本科学位吧. postgraduate . master 好像不可以？
