there is much discussion these days over the issue of company's long-term success. one of question under debate is whether a company's success in long run greatly contribute to job satisfaction , job security or both by its employees. the author claim that a company's long-term success depended on the job satisfaction and job security by the company's employees. as far as i am concerned, employee's job security is not so important as many people think, yet the job satisfaction is one of indispensable factors for businesses' success.
in the first place, when employees feel satisfied with their jobs, they are more likely to reach their potential performance levels and remain loyal to their company, contributing to the morale and overall success of a company. according to a recent survey, those who express a strong desire to move to anther job not because their work environment or salary is terrible but because they cannot find any interests on job. every day I just put 50 percent passion on work in that i did not have sense of satisfaction with it, one of them said that. if all employee in a company suffer from such situation, then the company will eventually go bankrupt.
in the second place, job security might foster complacency, diminishing employees' creativity and productivity. Most conspicuously, the reason why people perform so excellently is that they worry about being fired. Unfortunately, when they find their job that is so-called "iron rice bowl", that is, they would do not care about the above problem, as a result,.
