No. The scanned transcript is enough for evaluation of your application.

The official transcript is required in the verification step after you get the admission.

However, TOEFL and GMAT score reports should be official. They won't start processing your application until they get the official G/T scores.

I don't think so. They will start processing with a photocopy of the TOEFL or GMAT score report according to the school.

You should upload English version with the stamp.

Don't need original (Chinese?) version.
