sorry for the late reply.

actually, my interview is pretty simple..only last for 30 mins. typical questions include

1) Why New York, Why Columbia

2) What's your current role and responsiblity.

3) Are you a team player, individual contributor or leader?

Some CDers also asked about the reapplication strategy. My only suggestion is to focus on your improvement. Have you changed during the past few months in terms of leadership, teamwork, personal life? How did those changes happened?

Another important note for everyone interested in CBS: apply as early as possible. you would find the ED policy really matters.
