Phone interview from Tuck

Just got the notice today that says I am offered an interview by phone. As we know Tuck offers on-campus interview to all their applicants before their applications are reviewed. But I can not go to  US so I have to wait for their feedback till my application is reviewed. my question is wheter this is a favorable sign for admission?

BTW, Tuck does not honor off-campus interview to its first-round candiates.

anyway, grasp this chance and do a wonderful interview. do not pay much attention to guessing whether this is good or bad.

I thinks there is a difference between face-to-face interview and a phone interview. What should i focus on this kinds of interview? I heard that phone interview is more formal and the interiver usually ask some regular questions such as why MBA, why us...
