Sorry for typing English. I am working in the office today. About the application date, actually, we do not make the exact date to divide the first round and the second round. The earlier you submit application package, the more chance you will get acceptance and scholarship. For instance, the deadline of this spring sememter for MSF program is Nov 1. We will send all of application materials which we have received as of today to be reviewed at the end of Spe. This means that all of the applications we received before the end of Sep will rank equally in right of acceptance and scholarship. After that, we probably send the complete applications to review every two weeks. I believe different schools have different process scheduals. MSF program is pretty competetitive. We recommend everybody to send the COMPLETE application materials as early as possible. |
