这道题我选错了，选了A，答案是B，请问如果把in the previous（注释里说这个短语一定要用过去式）改成over the previous可以用完成时态了吗？当然，如果不考虑平行问题的话

我觉得有可能是因为previous这个词的原因，就像originally似的就得用一般过去时。但in/over the last 30 years其实是都应该用现在完成时的。

个人意见，仅供参考。
