这句话不是很理解，请教大家，后面的and they do指的是什么。。。

分词后面的句子应该是对前面句子的说明。前面一句的结构是因果关系，因为“要降低库存”所以“降价”。而后面的含义应该是“他们降价”所以“库存降低”。

所以把do代替的内容补足的话，我想应该是：

their wines are priced to sell, and they reduce their inventories.
