Hi! Guy, AL scholarship is not easy to get. Just apply as many as possible, which can enhance your chance to get one. INSEAD will give Chinese students some scholarships if you apply, more or less.
Scholarship essays are not so important... (My understanding) They will mainly evaluate according to your background and your economical status.
